Annual Report on the Observance and Protection of Human and Civil Rights and Freedoms in Ukraine for 2022 is addressed to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The Report is a summarising document that describes violations of human and civil rights and freedoms in 2022 in the context of the full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine, for which the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights took response measures. It also contains conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms.
